Shipping & Delivery Policy

Moment Cadeau is operated by EVERSHOP LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

At Moment Cadeau, every order is carefully prepared before leaving our fulfillment network. Many of our watches, jewelry pieces and gifts are purchased for meaningful occasions, so our team works to prepare and dispatch each order as efficiently as possible.

Order Preparation

Orders currently require approximately 15 business days of preparation before dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. The preparation period normally starts on the next business day after payment confirmation.

Preparation includes careful inspection, quality checks and packaging. Timing may vary with current demand, product availability and operational requirements.

For orders placed on October 10, 2026, dispatch is estimated around October 30, 2026, following approximately 15 business days of preparation; this date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Other order dates have their own estimated dispatch dates. Each product is dispatched as soon as it is ready. Once your order leaves our fulfillment network, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Birthdays & Special Occasions

Ordering for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, trip or another special occasion?

Whenever operationally possible, we will place time-sensitive orders on our priority preparation list.

Priority handling is provided on a best-effort basis and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

Free Standard Shipping

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched:

Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days
Shipping cost: FREE

The 2–5 business day transit timeframe begins only after dispatch and is in addition to the approximately 15 business days of order preparation. This transit estimate applies to eligible US destinations; international estimates may differ.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for eligible destinations.

Estimated transit time: 1–3 business days after dispatch

The applicable express shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Express shipping accelerates carrier transit only and does not automatically shorten the preparation period unless priority preparation has been expressly confirmed by our team.

Where Orders Ship From

Customer orders are prepared for dispatch and shipped from our United States fulfillment operations.

The French-inspired Moment Cadeau name refers to our gifting concept and does not mean our products are made or assembled in France.

Carriers

Depending on the destination and fulfillment location, orders may be delivered through established carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL or other trusted delivery partners.

The carrier selected may vary according to the destination, service level and availability.

Tracking

All dispatched orders include tracking information. A shipping label alone does not mean a parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow some time after dispatch for the carrier’s tracking system to register its first update.

Delivery Estimates

Preparation and delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs procedures, unusually high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error in your address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that an address modification will still be possible.

If a parcel is returned, delayed or requires reshipment because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For orders delivered within the United States, our objective is to provide customers with a straightforward delivery experience without unexpected customs charges at delivery.

Where duties or import charges are included in the purchase or shipping arrangement, customers will not be required to pay those charges again upon delivery.

For other international destinations, import duties, taxes or local charges may depend on the destination country.

Where such charges are included, this will be stated at checkout or in the applicable offer.

Where they are not expressly stated as included, they may remain payable by the recipient in accordance with local law.

We will never intentionally charge a customer twice for the same duty or tax.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.

Our team will review the available tracking information and assist with the appropriate carrier procedure.
